Set air fryer to 400 degrees & preheat.
Break the egg in a large bowl and whisk until smooth.
Mix together the dry ingredients in a separate shallow bowl.
Drain pickles, thoroughly dry pickles with paper towel.
Coat the pickle slices in the egg. It is best to do this in small batches.
In small batches throughly coat the pickles in the dry mixture.
Transfer the coated pickles to the air fryer basket or tray, in a single layer.
Cook for 10 minutes. Carefully flip the pickles at the 8 minute mark.
Let cool and enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce.
